As building work was still going on in the office when we moved . The air conditioner was not working . The offices were full of brand new building materials. Lots of formaldehyde vapors and pcps I thought I felt suffocated and sick at first , then progressively unwell.
After three or four days, I puffed up ,my skin came up in red splotty patch and I sweated profusesly and excessively. I had burns and blisters in the backs of my legs just from sitting .  I had terrible burning sensations like sunburn just under my skin. I could not breathe . I felt naseous and could not keep food down . Even when I went home , the effects did not end. Nothing was clear. I would lie awake for hours at night, my head spinning . I felt sick ,giddy and sore , sore , sore.
